Promoter: Carlton Football Club Limited (ABN 95 005 449 909), Ikon Park, Royal Parade, Carlton North VIC 3054
· The competition will commence at 09:00AM AEST on Friday 2 October to 12:00AM AEST on Friday 9 October at 11:59PM
· The competition will run at all Australian states and territories
· To enter, you must,
i) Select your favourite highlight from the options
ii) Enter details via Tradable Bits form
· Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
· You can enter multiple times. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
· Where relevant, the Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
· Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
· The winners will be drawn at the Carlton Football Club, Ikon Park, Carlton North on Friday 9 October. The winners will be selected at random and will be notified on Friday 9 October.
· The winner/s will receive:
a) Day One: 1x Team-signed 2020 Puma guernsey + an on-field match day experience in 2021
b) Day Two: 1x Team-signed 2020 match day Sherrin football + an on-field match day experience in 2021
c) Day Three: 1x Eddie Betts signed cap + an on-field match day experience in 2021
d) Day Four: 1x 2020 Puma guernsey signed by co-captains Patrick Cripps and Sam Docherty + an on-field match day experience in 2021
· The date and location of the on-field match day experience prizes will be determined at a later date at the start of the 2021 AFL season.
· The prize must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable.
· Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement.
· If you are a winner, you and (if applicable) your companion/s must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You/your companion/s consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity.
· The Promoter may collect your/your companion/s' personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use your/your companion/s' personal information to conduct and manage the competition. The Promoter may disclose your/your companions' personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this competition, communicating with you/your companions or storing data.
· By entering, you consent to the Promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you consent to receive email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.
· The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (see www.carltonfc.com.au/club/about-us/privacy-policy) includes information about:
a) how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and
b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
